Delivery Charges and Options

Free Delivery
All orders over £60 Inc VAT (£50 ex VAT) are eligible for Free Delivery - excluding stamps.

Express delivery via UPS - £ 4.99 inc. VAT (courier, signed for).

For security and peace of mind, all Express deliveries are tracked and a signature required on delivery.

If the carrier can't complete a delivery they'll leave a card telling you where & when you can collect your parcel, or how to arrange a redelivery.

  • Deliveries to business addresses are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5:30pm excluding public holidays.
  • Deliveries to residential addresses are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 5pm will be delivered the next working day.*
  • Orders placed after 5pm on Fridays, and at weekends, are delivered the following Tuesday.
  • Exact delivery times are not available.

UPS My Choice members get flexibility and control over home deliveries, with alerts before the first delivery attempt and the power to redirect or reschedule packages to fit your needs.

* All orders go through fraud screening. If any issues arise, shipment may be delayed until they are resolved.

*We aim for priority delivery subject to demand and exceptional events (Covid 19) deliveries can sometimes take up to 48 hours from dispatch.

We are unable to make deliveries to Northern Ireland, deliveries are made to England, Scotland and Wales with some postcode exceptions below.

Unfortunately, we can't offer Next Day delivery to certain areas - including some Aberdeen postcodes, the Scottish Highlands. In these cases delivery will take 2-3 working days. See below for the list of area exceptions for Next Day service.

Exceptions: selected deliveries may need to be re-assigned on dispatch from post to tracked delivery. For example large/heavy items, or high value goods. This will be done at no extra charge to you. As a result, some items on your order may arrive as separate deliveries.

Delivery locations
We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales, excluding PO boxes and Storage Units.
NOTE: We can’t deliver to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or other locations outside of the UK

Heavy and Large Products

All our orders are dispatched via courier networks and do not travel via parcel post. The parcel rate charges are often amplified for orders in excess of 15kg from all the couriers we use. As a result we have to reflect this in the delivery charges we make to our customers. Orders that contain products which at dispatch will be more than 20kg weight will be subject to a Heavy and Large delivery charge.

Products likely to be impacted by this higher rate parcel send are: boxes of paper, multiple quantities of water, desk stands or furniture and volume packs of cleaning supplies. This higher rate carriage charge will be indicated in your basket as a heavy or large delivery charged at £8.95.
